Door greeter #1
Yuki (you-key) has created a role for herself as official door greeter. Most of the day, while Becky tattoos, she has herself posted on the small porch of the studio. Periodically, she likes to reposition herself on different sides of the studio after a brief inspection of the building’s perimeter. She takes her own and many lunch breaks (without notice) but is always interested in a snack. She likes cheese and most dog treats but would prefer these be given to her at her feet than from grubby stranger hands. Being of German Shepherd and Coywolf descent, she carries a serious expression but is very friendly and rather enjoys being regarded as “such a good puppy dog doing a very good job.”

Door greeter is Hilda’s part time job. She is a large Pyrenees Mountain Dog who spends most of her nights escorting visitors AWAY from B.A.’s Tattoo Studio and from the surrounding property. For a few hours in the morning, Hilda will announce the arrival of clients and welcome them. She is partial to sitting on feet with all of her body weight and gazing dreamily up into strange faces. As the day goes on, she clocks out and can be found snoozing in random spots outside of the studio. She also enjoys cheesey snacks and most dog treats. Hilda is an extremely well mannered employee with the face of an angel polar bear.
If the presence of Yuki and Hilda will make you uncomfortable when you leave your vehicle, please let me know. Fear of or an aversion to dogs is a valid opinion/affliction and I will gladly do what ever I can to make your arrival stress free.
